Registration for 2024 Health Checkup
All students are required to have an on-campus health checkup at the Safety
and Health Organization building (next to the Center for International Education).
Pre-registration is required when you take an on-campus health checkup.
In order to log-in to the health checkup system by Safety and Health Organization
(SHO) at Chiba University, all students need to have a Chiba University e-mail
address or Chiba-Univ. gmail address.
Registration is available only from a PC connected to LAN terminal on campus.
To access the health check-up system, students need; |
-Student ID card
-Chiba-Univ. gmail e-mail address
-Password
-Please bring plain T-shirt or an underwear for taking chest X-ray
(No printed, No logo designed, No pockets, No zippers, and No buttons, please.)

Notes: |
-Students in Nishi-Chiba and Matsudo campus cannot undergo a health checkup in
Inohana campus. Students in Nishi-Chiba and Inohana campus cannot undergo a
health checkup in Matsudo campus.
-Remember to take your student ID card for a checkup.
-If abnormality is seen by a medical examination, you are required to undergo a
second examination.
-Health checkup certificate will be available in about two weeks for students in
Nishi- Chiba campus, five weeks for Inohana and Matsudo campus.
-SHO will e-mail you in five weeks and you can check the checkup results on the
website.
- We recommend students who may need a certificate for job-seeking, to have a
health checkup at their earliest convenience and to obtain the certificate from the
previous year just in case by mid-March.
